About The Position

Production Assembly Specialist (Quality & Packaging) Ready to build products that ship on time and pass inspection the first time? Here’s how you’ll make that happen. Your Impact Complete assemblies from start to finish using BOMs, work instructions, job travelers, and verbal direction. Run WIP inspections and confirm each unit meets specification(s) before moving forward. Set up and operate production machinery; perform equipment inspections and verification checks. Spot problems with machines early and report them immediately. Request/order materials to meet current job requirements and maintain workflow. Package finished customer orders for shipment with care and accuracy. Follow all written and oral instructions precisely and keep your area orderly. Jump in on other duties as assigned to support the team. How Work Gets Tracked Use ERP software to process material transactions and record work. Complete required process paperwork and basic data entry. Report results, priorities, and progress to management to support standards, policies, and continuous improvement. Physical Reality of the Role Stand/walk 8+ hours per day. Lift up to 50 lbs safely. Climb step stools or small ladders and perform tasks that require bending/stooping. Use hand tools frequently (air drivers, wrenches, and more) and apply sound problem-solving. What You Bring Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Comfort using basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.). Experience operating heavy equipment such as a forklift or lift truck. 1 year of related assembly experience preferred. Basic data entry capability. Skills Team player who can also work independently. Excellent attention to detail and hand–eye coordination. Good communication, strong reading and math skills. Strong work ethic and stamina; basic computer literacy; ability to multitask. Work Environment We maintain a clean, safe workspace and expect every team member to do the same.
