About The Position

Looking for a hands-on job where hard work can pay off? Join our Nampa manufacturing team as a Production Assembly Specialist. You'll start with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for your first 45 days while you learn the job, equipment, quality standards, and production processes. After training, you'll transition to an $18+/hour base rate, based on experience, plus production incentive, giving you the opportunity to earn $20+/hour based on performance. Have previous manufacturing experience? Your base rate after training may be higher based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products to customer specifications
• Operate hand tools, production equipment, and machinery
• Measure, inspect, and verify your work for quality
• Read and follow work instructions and production requirements
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals
• Identify issues and help keep production moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Learn multiple jobs and processes through cross-training
• Follow established safety and quality standards
