About The Position

Production Assembly Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen, putting stock away, and Post, Test and Final. Other responsibilities include the ability to meet production schedules and lift up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Alert, dependable, and safety-focused
• Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments
• Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation
