About The Position

We are hiring a Production Assembly Associate for our Sugar Land client. We are looking for reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! This is a temp-to-hire position with various shifts available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform basic production and assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package completed items.
• Assist with material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
