About The Position

Performs assembly of mechanical, structural, and electronic components and accessories, using hand and power tools. Reads and interprets engineering instructions, specifications, and work orders. Uses precision measuring instruments and tools required for the tasks. Inspects work for conformance to specifications. Completes all work correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to use hand and power tools with precision.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics.
  • Working knowledge of wire harness and electronics installation.
  • Working knowledge of acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
  • Basic shop math in metric and imperial units.
  • Work well both independently and with others.
  • Able to identify issues and determine solutions in a timely manner.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • High School or GED.
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar position.
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C. §â€¯6010.

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational, or Community College degree preferred.
