3rd Shift Production Assembler - Aiken, SC
About The Position
Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machine in a safe and efficient manner. Assure that their machine is running quality parts at the production rates. Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using the Hubbell Utility Solutions Quality Operating Principles. Confirm work-order is correct, all required materials are hands-on, and the correct set-up of all equipment is current. Ensure calibration of all equipment and test equipment is current. Confirm finished product meets all quality requirements. Complete daily paperwork which includes Hr x Hr charts, counting and packing parts. Maintain safety, quality, production and 5(S) housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Use of basic hand tools
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication, reading and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others
- Willingness to support other operations or departments as needed
- Must be comfortable wearing standard PPE
