About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is looking for Production Assemblers in Swainsboro, GA! This role is responsible for building and assembling products and their associated parts. The Production Assembler is expected to operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean working environment. Collaboration with team members to achieve production targets and identifying/troubleshooting equipment issues are also key aspects of this role. A critical part of the job involves the precise crimping of heater and sensor wires, ensuring proper installation for consistent thermal flow to meet customer specifications and maintain product quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of previous experience in production assembly required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
Wire crimping and terminal installation.
Use of crimping tools.
Electrical wire preparation and stripping.
Knowledge of wire gauges and connector types.
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
