About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring reliable and experienced Distribution Associates for a busy shipping and receiving department. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment. The role involves picking, packing, and staging materials, general warehouse duties, and maintaining accuracy and organization in the distribution area. The pay is $14.00 per hour with weekly pay on Fridays. The shift is Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer weekly pay & benefits!

Requirements

Up-to-date resume required
Good job history and attendance
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Dependable and looking for long-term employment
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of prior warehouse experience (beyond basic picking/packing)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
Strong job history with good attendance
Steel-toe boots required
Dependable and safety-focused
