Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of assembly work in a manufacturing environment
• Able to understand and demonstrate the proper use of Measuring Equipment (Vernier Calipers, Comparative measuring devices, etc.)
• Able to understand providing quality outputs that meet customer and company drawings
• Able to properly prepare quality and process related documents (QAS sheets, PPH Rate sheets, etc.)
• Experience with the manufacturing of magazine and firearm components.

• Provide cohesive support to a team-oriented unit.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and within the scope of any necessary documentation.
