About The Position

Milgard Windows and Doors, part of MITER Brands, is seeking a Production Assembler for their Sacramento, CA facility. This role involves building and assembling products according to standard work instructions with precision and efficiency. The assembler will be responsible for completing tasks on time to ensure customer satisfaction, demonstrating Milgard's Core Values, and strictly adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• 1+ year in Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse roles
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic math skills including fractions and addition/subtraction
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• High School Diploma or equivalent
