About The Position

Looking to start a career in manufacturing? No experience required—we will train you. Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry-Level Production Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth. Assemblers are responsible for building and assembling air filters. The Customs Dept is responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final inspections (must be able to read a tape measure). In this role, you will assemble custom air filters based on specifications, handle materials and support production processes, and ensure quality and accuracy of finished products. This is an entry-level position with full training provided for motivated individuals.
