About The Position

Milgard Windows & Doors (a MITER Brands company) is hosting a walk-in hiring event at our Tacoma Campus! We’re bringing together three manufacturing plants with a variety of opportunities across multiple teams and shifts. This is your chance to meet our hiring team, explore career paths, and interview on the spot. We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members to join our manufacturing operations. In these roles, you will: Assemble high-quality windows and doors Operate production equipment and machinery Ensure quality standards are met Maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Entry-level opportunities are available with training provided, along with roles requiring prior manufacturing or technical experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or quality experience (required for select roles)
• Ability to read and interpret work orders or blueprints (training available for entry-level roles)
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
