About The Position

RoadWorks is a leading manufacturer in innovative aftermarket semi-truck accessories. We are currently hiring for Production Assembly in our Lafayette, IN facility. The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Assembly of made-to-order and custom semi-truck parts and accessories
- Quality inspection
- Packaging
- Boxing
- Preparing parts for shipment
- Complete assembly tasks according to the work instructions; this requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards
- Achieves set production goals
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Leverages Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency
