Real Truck’s 5,000+ associates operate from 72 facilities across four continents. RoadWorks is a leading manufacturer in innovative aftermarket semi-truck accessories. We are currently hiring for Production Assembly in our Lafayette, IN facility. Job tasks include assembly of made-to-order and custom semi-truck parts and accessories, quality inspection, packaging, boxing, and preparing parts for shipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete assembly tasks according to the work instructions; this requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards.
- Achieves set production goals.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Leverages Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.
