About The Position

Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Production Worker to join our Vinyl Insert team in Fife, WA. This role involves repetitive, hands-on work inserting vinyl components into window lineals, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and meeting production goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values quality, and can stay focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Forklift or Combilift experience preferred
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and focus
Reliable and able to work independently within a team environment
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production setting

Responsibilities

Insert vinyl components into lineals at a designated workstation
Ensure proper fit, alignment, and placement of all parts
Inspect materials for defects and separate nonconforming parts
Meet daily production targets and maintain consistent output
Operate a Combilift (multi-directional forklift) to move raw materials and finished goods
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
