About The Position

This position assembles fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations using hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Our facility in St. Croix Falls, WI offers a range of ammunition handling & delivery systems supporting the full spectrum of small and medium caliber weapons.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of general work experience
• U.S. Persons that comply with all U.S. Export control laws and regulations.
• U.S. lawful permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or the ability to meet ITAR and EAR requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, document and test simple and complex assemblies
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements or otherwise fastens parts together
• Tends manual machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line
• Works at different work stations as production needs require
• Works on a line where tasks vary as different models of the same article moves along the line
• Follow policies and procedures; supports organization's goals and values
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
