About The Position
Our organization continues to grow, and we are excited to expand our team for a dedicated Battery Management System (BMS) project. We are looking for motivated Production Assemblers to join our team and work closely with our production experts on this specialized project. As a Production Assembler, you will assemble and test components within the BMS scope, following established standards, procedures, and project specifications. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured and team‑oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our BMS product builds. This position is part of a shift‑based production environment, so flexibility and willingness to work in shifts are essential.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing
- Comfortable reading and interpreting technical instructions or documents
- Ability to work safely and effectively with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- High attention to detail
- Quality-focused mindset
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Able to handle precision tasks
- Able to perform occasional heavy lifting
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- Good vision for detailed assembly work
- Willing and able to work in a rotating shift system
Nice To Haves
- Experience in crimping and soldering
Responsibilities
- Assemble BMS-related products or components according to project instructions, technical drawings, and assembly guidelines
- Perform fine‑motor assembly tasks requiring precision and accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery; promptly report any equipment issues
- Execute crimping and soldering activities (experience is a strong plus)
- Follow strict safety, quality, and ESD procedures
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with project standards
- Collaborate closely with the project production team to meet planning and quality targets
- Record production progress and document required data
- Participate in training to expand your skills related to BMS assembly processes
