As a Production Assembler at Lantech, you are a vital part of the team responsible for building our advanced stretch-wrapping machinery. Your craftsmanship directly supports the supply chain—helping customers safely and efficiently deliver essential products across the country and around the globe.

Requirements

  • Can read and follow instructions in English (schematics, blueprints, and standard work)
  • Understand basic mathematical concepts
  • Practice safe work habits and follow PPE requirements
  • Are team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Are detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand 9–10 hours per day
  • Are customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and production schedules
  • Maintain a strong attendance record
  • Are willing to work overtime as needed
  • Can pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
  • Are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of mechanical/electrical/pneumatic assembly experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic aptitude preferred
  • Background in manufacturing, construction, or manual labor a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build the foundation of Lantech stretch-wrapping machines
  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams
  • Follow standardized work procedures to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Stand for approximately 9 hours per shift
  • Occasionally lift loads up to 50 lbs
