Requirements

High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assemble medical devices and components by operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery while following established work instructions, quality standards, and production procedures.
Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify components and finished products meet specifications, promptly identifying and reporting any quality concerns or production issues.
Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment for production and pilot runs according to manufacturing and engineering specifications while accurately documenting production activities and maintaining required records.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Group Leaders and teammates to resolve production issues, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company safety, environmental, and quality system requirements.
