About The Position

This is a full-time Production Assembler position on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The role involves assembling vinyl components using hand and power tools, inspecting materials for quality, adhering to assembly instructions, organizing materials, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals. The position also requires adherence to all safety protocols and demonstrating MITER Brands Guiding Principles.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
• Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vinyl components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders to assist in the assembly process.
• Inspect vinyl materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Adhere to assembly instructions to precisely construct vinyl products.
• Arrange and organize vinyl materials required for the assembly process.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
