About The Position

Build and assemble products using standard work instructions with precision and efficiency. Complete tasks on time to ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.

Requirements

• 1+ year in Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse roles
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic math skills including fractions and addition/subtraction
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
