Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
Experience with hand soldering, testing, inspection, or packaging processes.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
Basic computer skills.
Experience working in a quality-regulated manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or behaviors.
Perform routine assembly operations including hand soldering, component assembly, application of coatings, solvents, adhesives, and potting compounds.
Operate production equipment and perform routine workstation setup activities according to documented procedures.
Conduct testing, calibration, inspection, out-of-box quality (OBQ), and packaging activities for finished products.
Meet established productivity, quality, and production goals.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
Stay current on work instructions, procedures, and required training.
Recommend improvements and participate in the review of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Safely operate tools and equipment and report damaged or missing tools.
Identify non-conforming materials and follow established escalation procedures.
Verify product quality using inspection methods and Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through daily housekeeping and 5S practices.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
