Requirements

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders
• Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong teamwork, attendance, and reliability
• Quality-focused with a commitment to safety
• Customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented approach
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Read and interpret production orders (size, specifications, color, etc.)
• Operate equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers
• Assemble window components, including insulated glass and hardware
• Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
