Production Assembler I
About The Position
MITER Brands is hiring a Production Assembler to work with MI Windows and Doors in Flower Mound, Texas. The role involves assembling door components according to specifications and production guidelines, operating and maintaining assembly tools and machinery, and inspecting finished doors for defects and quality compliance. The assembler works with team members to meet production targets, maintains a clean and safe work area, follows safety procedures and uses personal protective equipment, reports production or equipment issues to a supervisor, and participates in process and product-quality improvement initiatives. The starting compensation is $20.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The shift starts at 6:00 AM, and overtime may be required.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle assembly tools safely.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
