About The Position

The Chimney Guys are offering a performance-based apprenticeship for individuals who want to master a trade, move fast, and earn more. This is a structured 6-month apprenticeship that trains you in chimney repair, masonry, and field operations. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship at 6 months, you will earn CSIA Certification (required), demonstrate job proficiency, step into the Lead Technician track, and receive a $3/hour raise. This role requires a specific mindset focused on performance and a clear path to leadership.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
• Coachable, driven, and accountable
• High work ethic - shows up ready every day
• Comfortable with physical work, heights, and all weather
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Takes pride in doing things right the first time

Responsibilities

• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
• Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work
• Execute jobs efficiently with your crew
• Follow strict safety and quality standards
• Take ownership of your performance and growth
