Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, ability to collaborate
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Assist with inbound and outbound shipping activities as needed
  • Support receiving, warehouse, and material movement operations
  • Pull inventory and materials for production needs
  • Assist with packaging and shipment preparation
  • Maintain warehouse organization using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory practices
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities
  • Prepare or assist with shipping documentation, labels, and lot tracking records
  • Operate forklift equipment safely following training and company procedures
  • Perform assembly and packaging of medical devices according to work instructions and specifications
  • Review work orders and follow assembly procedures
  • Inspect products for defects and verify product quality requirements
  • Complete required production and shipping documentation accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Participate in required training and safety meetings
  • Support operational needs across departments as directed by management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
