About The Position

Reliant Finishing Systems, established in 2005, is seeking Production and Assembly Operators to join their successful team. The company manufactures equipment used for powder coating and industrial painting, as well as large-scale ovens for industrial curing applications. Reliant has experienced substantial growth and their products are used throughout North America by notable customers. They offer a challenging but informal work environment where contributions are valued over attire.

Requirements

• Capable of using hand tools
• Capable of using power tools
• Capable of using CNC machinery
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 80 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Brake Machine and Punch Press experience
• Carpentry and woodworking experience
• Prior military experience

Responsibilities

• Strong work ethic required
• Pulling and packing parts and components
• Assembly using hand tools and power tools
• Basic computer knowledge to run CNC machinery
• Crating, palleting and woodworking
• Using precision tooling to ensure quality standards are met
• Safety compliance
