Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience in the fragrance or manufacturing industry
- 1–3 years of related experience
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems and logistics platforms preferred.
- Understanding of just-in-time (JIT) operations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools
- Comfortable working with numbers and inventory processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt and support continuous improvement efforts
Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP to execute daily manufacturing, distribution, and logistics transactions to ensure that the highest possible service levels are achieved on a daily basis
- Assist with the expediting and troubleshooting of both outbound production and lab orders on a daily basis.
- Track weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to assist Manufacturing Management with communication and feedback to the Manufacturing Staff to help drive Productivity improvements.
- Assist the Production Support Supervisor with monthly KPI tracking and reporting.
- Deliver samples to QC, boxes samples for delivery to customers, performs shipment transactions into transport systems such as FedEx and UPS.
- Assist with Process Order Scrubbing, Lab communication as needed.
- Work with QM to resolve quality related manufacturing or material problems.
- Assist in the development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed.
- Provide communication to key stakeholders within Givaudan, such as Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial.
