About The Position

Chrome Hearts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Administrative Coordinator to join our Metal Design Production/ Research & Development team. This multifaceted role combines technical design assistance, cost analysis, and product development coordination to support the team in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel for documentation and analysis.
  • Experience with Adobe PDF creation and editing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams.
  • Ability to work independently while sourcing information from other contributors.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with design and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant technical, design, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Use Rhino 7 3D modeling software for review of project details (preferred but not required). No modeling required.
  • Experience with Rhino 7 3D modeling software preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or design environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of casting and machine shop processes, software, and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed cost sheets and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for a variety of products.
  • Work with sample, production, and development teams to gather necessary data for accurate costing.
  • Input and maintain all information in cost sheets.
  • Write clear and concise work instructions and technical packs for new product introductions.
  • Create part numbers for new materials and items to support efficient tracking and management.
  • Track inventory for projects, ensuring materials are available and accounted for.
  • Prepare packing lists for shipments and monitor shipment tracking.
  • Enter and manage information required for purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Monitor requisition statuses to ensure timely approval and conversion to purchase orders.
  • Operate and maintain 3D printers (training available).
  • Perform 3D scanning for product development purposes (training available).
