Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare or business-related field required.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in educating or training on product resources.
  • Teaching or training in a business or academic setting.
  • Development of presentations to aid in learning.
  • Troubleshooting product or technical support issues.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness in training programs to assist customers with utilizing product lines.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Self-motivated learner who is eager to learn a large portfolio of products.
  • Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations with the capacity to adapt training styles to various audiences.
  • Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Articulate communicator with active listening skills who can positively engage an audience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret data.
  • Present data findings in a manner that gives valuable insight and assists in driving effective decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and virtual client trainings, partnering with Client Success Teams and other stakeholders to provide onboarding and ongoing service.
  • Host engaging live webinars, provide technical troubleshooting, and offer operational support for KPI tracking using platforms like Zoom.
  • Train new and existing clients on Nursing solutions through hands-on demonstrations of product features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Teams and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and assess client onboarding and ongoing product training needs.
  • Provide feedback for product enhancements based on client interactions and training experiences.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Nursing solutions, staying informed about product updates, new features, and functionality changes.
  • Lead client-facing live webinars aligned with product needs and industry trends.
  • Utilize Gainsight, D365, or other technical approaches to maintain awareness of client status and book of business to increase client engagement and loyalty.
  • Escalate client concerns to key stakeholders and deliver detailed client follow-up to support service delivery and address additional questions and training needs.
  • Support the sales team with revenue targets by ensuring timely onsite and virtual student orientations when demand exceeds sales bandwidth.
  • Support operational initiatives and troubleshoot product/tech issues to assist clients with quick resolution.
