About The Position

This position will serve as a support function to our customers in troubleshooting and education of their vehicle technology. This person will also serve as an in-house expert to our sales staff as the manufacturer rolls out new features. It will involve working with customers on our service customers, car buyers as well as being available for questions at our product training events. You will be asked to fully understand and teach basic functionality of vehicle features as well as effectively communicate to the most loyal repeat customers as well as our first-time buyers.

Requirements

A valid driver's license is required
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive experience is not required but may be a plus.

Responsibilities

Help show customers how to use the technology in their vehicle, pair their phone to their new vehicle, and sync their FordPass account to their new vehicle.
Demonstrate to customers how to charge electric vehicles at home and in public.
Review and illustrate how to tow and trailer with our lineup of trucks and SUVs.
Assist Sales Consultants with contacting clients, scheduling appointments, and follow up phone calls with clients after a purchase has been made.
Aid the sales staff with organizing and arranging our vehicle inventory on the lot.
Serve as a liaison between the sales department and our clients.
Must be familiar with the entire vehicle line-up to present customers with top-of-the-line products and a variety of options.
Arrange test drives for customers and ride along to demonstrate the features and options of the car.
Must be polite, professional, energetic, and presentable, with strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Maintain focus and a positive attitude and must be resilient in your sales efforts.
Professional dress in a neat and business-like manner.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
