About The Position

Blood Assurance is seeking a full-time Product Technician to work in their downtown Chattanooga lab location on 2nd shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM). This position offers a shift premium.

Requirements

• Be detailed oriented
• Have excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written)
• Have computer skills
• Be able to lift 50lbs on a routine basis

Responsibilities

• Answering phone to take orders from area hospitals that are in need
• Packing blood and/or blood products for distribution according to standard operating procedures.
• Notifying Courier when shipment is ready for pick up.
• Receiving blood components from multiple locations.
• Manufacture blood and blood components according to standard operating procedures.
