About The Position

The Product Systems Analyst ensures accurate and efficient transmission of business documents, resolves EDI-related issues, develops and maintains mappings, and works closely with business and technical teams to support organizational objectives. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• One plus year of industry experience is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with data entry, validation, and basic reporting.
• Basic project tracking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Familiarity with data exchange and transactions.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (filters, lookups, pivot tables, macros).
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. business, mathematics, engineering, quality) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers to grow the number of data exchange partnerships and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and business partners.
• Identify, improve and document EDI and related business processes.
• Submit, report and escalate project status, supplier participation, transaction capabilities, and project progress.
• Provide first-level data exchange support and troubleshooting.
• Audit and maintain system settings, databases, and business functions to ensure data accuracy, display and compliance.
