About The Position

The Product Support Specialist is a member of the Product Management team supporting Inpro sales and customer service with product data, custom quotes, and technical information, becoming a go-to product expert. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset, and an interest in learning more about product management.

Requirements

  • 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to make good decisions, prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and software applications.
  • Willingness to learn and grow your career.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B products in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of commercial and healthcare design trends.
  • Passion for commercial design trends and understanding market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer a variety of product questions from inside and outside sales teams, building up a knowledge base of common questions and answers.
  • Create custom part numbers for the sales and customer service teams.
  • Verify dimensions on customer supplied order forms and send to vendors for quotes.
  • Enter purchase orders and requests for new product samples and materials.
  • Provide product data and information upon request and help product managers develop internal product information resources.
