About The Position

The Product Support Specialist supports accurate maintenance, documentation, and communication of product, vendor, pricing, and implementation-related information across operational systems and internal reference materials. This role assists with tracking approved product and pricing changes, validating required approvals and supporting documentation, updating Salesforce/Enforce and PriceBooks records, and maintaining reliable product and vendor information across throughout the organizations by helping ensure product, vendor, routing, pricing, and process details are accurate, current, and consistently communicated, while providing backup support for product specialists and contributing to ongoing process documentation, vendor research, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product operations, vendor operations, pricing administration, implementation support, sales operations, or a related operational support role, with demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records, coordinating cross-functional requests, supporting approval workflows, and managing time-sensitive updates.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
  • Should be able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong management, and decision-making skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Receive and track approved product and pricing change requests.
  • Validate request details, required approvals, effective dates, pricing rationale, and supporting documentation before updates are made.
  • Update approved product, vendor, and PriceBooks records in Salesforce/Enforce accurately and timely.
  • Maintain products, vendors, PriceBooks, and process documentation to support a reliable source of truth throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate internal discussions and approvals for pricing concessions, pricing changes for new and existing products and vendors.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications related to approved product, vendor, and pricing changes, including go-live timing, impacted departments, system updates, and required downstream actions.
  • Support quarterly and/or annual product and PriceBooks reviews by gathering current pricing information, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, coordinating SME reviews, and tracking required updates through completion.
  • Provide backup coverage for existing product specialists, including responding to internal product and vendor questions, maintaining continuity during absences.
  • Conduct research on proposed vendors prior to approval and implementation.
  • Assist in creation of Vendor processes, creating written and visual process documentation and development of training materials related to products/services and related to vendor process and implementation.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of vendor library and preferred vendor lists
  • Assist with charitable activities and planning within the Operations and Implementation teams, as well as company-wide initiatives.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
