About The Position

The Primary Purpose of this role is to lead the execution of complex customer and product changes, serving as a subject-matter expert for Customer Change Management (CCM), master data, labeling, and visual decoration. This position provides execution leadership, mentors Product Support Specialists, and partners with cross-functional teams and manufacturing plants to reduce risk and ensure consistent execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
5–7 years of experience in product support, operations, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of CCM execution, master data, BOMs, labeling, and VDS
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence without formal authority
Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of complex or high-risk CCM changes
Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks related to timing, data accuracy, and plant readiness
Lead creation, validation, and correction of complex BOM structures
Serve as escalation point for master data, labeling, and execution defects
Own accuracy and completeness of Visual Decoration Slides (VDS) for assigned portfolios
Partner with Graphic Arts and plants on complex labeling and decoration changes
Act as a trusted execution partner to manufacturing sites
Participate in cross-functional discussions to align feasibility and execution constraints
Mentor Product Support Specialists and share best practices
Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities
