About The Position

Requirements

• College diploma and or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in internal or external sales representation in the field of heavy equipment and used parts.
• Strong prospecting and market development skills.
• Results-oriented.
• Organized, well-structured, convincing, persevering, autonomous and dynamic.
• Ability to act quickly in a variety of situations and genuine commitment to customers.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and exceed customer expectations.
• Promote sales of parts and service
• Follow-up on unit delivery, machine delivery, payment collection.
• Win, maintain and increase market share for target products in assigned territory.
• Promote value-added sales practices.
• Support and develop sales strategies.
• Pay particular attention to safety and comply with health and safety policies and practices.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
