About The Position

As the Product Support Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) and be responsible for the development and training of the sales team. Responsibilities also include the development and administration of product support marketing programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of Heavy Equipment experience.
• Excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the heavy equipment industry (e.g., diesel technician, sales representative, or store manager).
• Prior sales and management experience.
• Prior experience as a Product Support Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily performance of the Parts and Service sales force, including weekly ride along with sales representatives
• Utilize Caterpillar marketing programs to increase Parts and Service sales within the branches
• Develop short and long range forecasts, objectives, and action plans
• Develop and direct Parts and Service merchandising programs
• Management product and sales training for Parts and Service salespeople
• Ensure good customer relations and resolve customer issues as necessary
• Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
