Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive and successful experience in managing product support activities, preferably within the Elevator industry.
  • 4-year technical degree, preferably in engineering or 6+ years work experience in Elevator Industry.
  • Strong understanding of elevator and escalator parts, maintenance processes, and supplier networks.
  • Ability to analyze usage, availability, and product data to support material decisions and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical support cases related to parts identification, application engineering, and spare parts inquiries through the help desk process.
  • Support new product introductions, material documentation, inventory requirements, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with local AME and Global Spares, Supply Line, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Documentation and new product development teams, in which the specified products will be managed with respect to product availability, quality and cost.
