The Product Support / Logistics Specialist assists with data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes. The role works closely with program managers, systems engineers, test teams, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure ETI capabilities are supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Must have active Secret security clearance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting logistics, product support, sustainment, or lifecycle management within a DoD, Federal, or large enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience with: Product support and sustainment planning
  • Demonstrated experience with: Lifecycle logistics or enterprise service support
  • Demonstrated experience with: Development or support of sustainment metrics and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience with: Coordination across technical, operational, and program teams
  • Demonstrated experience with: Documentation and process improvement support
  • Active Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise IT systems, digital transformation, or service-based architectures
  • DAU coursework or certification in Life Cycle Logistics or Product Support
  • Familiarity with: Enterprise sustainment models and service management concepts
  • Familiarity with: ITIL or service lifecycle frameworks
  • Familiarity with: Data-driven performance and readiness metrics

Responsibilities

  • Supporting development and execution of enterprise product support strategies; sustainment and transition planning; and logistics processes aligned with ETI objectives.
  • Support analysis and documentation of supportability requirements, sustainment metrics, and lifecycle considerations for enterprise systems, applications, and integrated capabilities.
  • Support configuration and asset tracking (where applicable).
  • Coordinate logistics and sustainment inputs to acquisition and integration documentation (e.g., SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs).
  • Support deployment, transition, and operational support activities.
  • Track sustainment performance and service-level metrics.
  • Assist with data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes.
  • Work closely with program managers, systems engineers, test teams, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure ETI capabilities are supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs throughout their lifecycle.
