About The Position
The Product Support Intern position is a leadership development opportunity for college students. The intern will receive on-the-job training to learn and understand the overall operations of their assigned department. Over an 8-week period, the Intern Leadership Trainee will participate in various developmental activities, assignments, and rotations. The goal is to develop an understanding and skills to lead and influence within the Values-Based Leadership (VBL) culture, utilizing Holt’s leadership language, tools, models, and processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree program with a current emphasis in Agriculture, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Must be actively enrolled in a University or College program with an anticipated graduation year of 2026-2027
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions
Responsibilities
- Receive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from leadership
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned
