About The Position

The Hatzel & Buehler, Inc. College Internship Program is designed to introduce students to the wide range of career opportunities within the electrical construction industry. Participants develop professional skills, build workplace relationships, and gain meaningful, hands-on experience. The internship allows students to choose a program that aligns with their interests, explore a career path while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a safe, supportive, and real-world environment. Interns gain direct exposure to daily operations, develop practical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects. Through this experience, students will build a strong foundation in both technical and professional competencies while gaining insight into potential long-term career paths within the organization and industry.

• Currently enrolled in a college program.
• Interest in the electrical construction industry.
