Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a dealership parts or service department.
• Technical knowledge of all makes of heavy equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications associated with manufacturer parts, repair, and warranty.

Nice To Haves

• 1 or more years of experience in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily business operations for the parts and service departments at the branch.
• Serve as the go-to contact for our customers to ensure we are providing an excellent experience.
• Lead the Product Support team to success.
• Prioritize and schedule work for Technicians.
• Perform quotes for customers.
• Process customer orders.
