About The Position

Decision Technologies seeks a qualified Product Support CPT to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and results-driven Logistics Professional with experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within the Navy and Department of War environments. Familiar with Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) systems, fleet support operations, and procurement. Ability to streamline the lifecycle of materials and ensure mission readiness through meticulous logistical planning and execution. Maintain Action Item database tracking ILS workflow. And have elevated experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. MUST HAVE Secret clearance.

Requirements

Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within the Navy and Department of War environments.
Familiarity with Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) systems, fleet support operations, and procurement.
Elevated experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Secret clearance.
In-depth ERP inventory knowledge Transaction Codes.
In-depth knowledge with Supply Databases (Primary: One Touch Support, Product Quality Deficiency Reporting, FEDMALL, WEBVLIPS, Electronic Retrograde Material System, IGC) and other supply databases as required.
Shall use Navy and Command OM&S policies and procedures to execute daily duties.
Will be required to lift up to 50 lbs., wear Personal Protective Equipment, and be in confined spaces, heights exceeding 8’, labs and warehouses.

Responsibilities

Prepare long range program and project plans and analyze all available data for program impacts on schedules and milestones.
Perform organizational studies and analysis to identify OM&S Material for ISEA, Fleet, and Program Requirements.
Monitor and maintain action status of program requirements to include Division IPS requirements, planning, schedules, and data calls.
Provide program, project, data, and system management and analysis support for the Programs and command data calls and actions.
Coordinating meetings with Stakeholders, tracking program supply schedules and milestones, and on-time product deliveries.
Define OM&S requirements, analyze inventory for logistics impact, coordinate shipments, procurements, and other logistic tasks
Actively participate in working groups and integrated product teams
Support analysis and tracking of engineering inputs and metrics to support technical requirements and program reviews to include:
Review and track logistics products
Compile and input data into relevant databases and systems
Ensure all program documents are updated to reflect the latest logistics information
Upon request, contribute to the creation of reports (QPR, Paybacks, Monthly Parts, NAVSUP) providing insightful data analysis to support informed decision-making
Use the current Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (N-ERP) for all inventory and warehouse management tracking through primary use of material master numbers
Develop and maintain inventories, shipments, procurements, support equipment trackers
Submit Warehouse Movement Forms and Procurements in SharePoint for government official reviews and submissions
Develop reports for delayed material movement and shipments that involve CASREPS and other priority requirements and develop metrics to report to upper management
