The Product Supply Demand Planner creates and maintains the operational forecast for more than 600 finished-goods items to produce an accurate delivery forecast for future customer demand and support distribution, manufacturing, materials, and deployment planning. The role plans forecast assumptions for new SKUs to support in-market dates and supports product supply planning optimization for capacity, freight, and capability. It drives forecast accuracy while maintaining demand-system visibility of produced and purchased inventory levels, measured in days of supply across the CCCI system. The planner predicts how marketing activities affect demand for high-profile chain accounts, using historical data, market trends, and promotional strategies to adjust forecasts and ensure product availability. In collaboration with customer teams and commercial departments, the planner develops 13-week launch forecasts for innovation items, monitors performance during the first eight weeks, and helps ensure the statistical model aligns after the transition-generated forecast. The role also analyzes forecast performance, shares forecasts with customers and key partners, resolves complex issues, supports teammates through training and onboarding, and manages cross-functional projects involving innovation, systems, emerging brands, or markets.
