About The Position

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, full-time, immersive experience designed to provide interns with real work, real responsibility, and real access to leaders across the organization. Interns will be embedded in a team contributing to projects that support the company's mission. The Product Strategy & Management Team focuses on delivering high-value product capabilities through customer discovery, market research, data analysis, and strategic planning. The intern will join this team to conduct research and discovery, build tools and prototypes, and share learnings to enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration across functions, ownership of deliverables, and presentations to leadership.

Requirements

• Foundation in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
• Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
• Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with databases, APIs, Python, and/or Node is a plus
• Experience leveraging AI to solve problems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build tools for internal efficiency
• Build prototypes for specific targeted projects
• Conduct data analysis using current tools to create dashboards for decision making
• Optimize internal AI Tools
• Automate Aha Idea intake
