As a Strategy Intern within the Office of Strategy Management, you will help connect strategy to execution by supporting strategic initiatives, executive-facing communications, and high-impact projects across the business. You will gain a unique perspective on how organizations plan, prioritize, and achieve major goals.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Technologically savvy with strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner and dynamic problem solver
  • Flexible and comfortable navigating changing priorities
  • Relationship-oriented with the ability to work across teams and leadership levels
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives: Assist with projects from scoping through implementation, rollout, and metric tracking.
  • Build project plans: Develop project plans that capture scope, timelines, costs, and key milestones.
  • Create executive-ready materials: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and project documentation.
  • Drive execution: Support strategic and operational plans that help move business priorities forward.
