About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director – Provider Data to lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes. The Director partners closely with engineering, operations, data, design, and business stakeholders to align product investments with enterprise objectives. This leader continuously evolves the product portfolio by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and modern product development practices. The role balances innovation with scalability, risk, and governance while translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years in a people management/ leadership role.
  • Provider data strategy experience.
  • Proven success leading multiple products or complex product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing product teams.
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions in enterprise or regulated environments preferred.
  • Data and analytics background preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of product management, product discovery, delivery, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience driving business outcomes through technology-enabled product solutions.
  • Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, and automation, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Experience with AI-assisted product development, rapid prototyping, or experimentation-driven approaches preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch and optimization.
  • Guide teams in applying modern product management and agile development practices.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, and well-governed solutions.
  • Encourage experimentation while maintaining appropriate controls and oversight.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
  • Drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, and success metrics.
  • Present complex concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Incorporate customer insights and market research into product decisions.
  • Ensure products remain differentiated and deliver meaningful business value.
