About The Position

As a full-time Product Strategy Analyst at SIXT, you are a specialist in SIXT U.S. and Canada pricing and rate management matters. You will implement pricing strategies and support day-to-day data questions by working closely with internal departments at SIXT's Corporate Office in Fort Lauderdale and various contacts at our International HQ near Munich, Germany. You will be hands-on with multiple internal systems, and you will act as a subject matter expert on pricing concerns (strategy, products, competitor data, target group segmentation, channel pricing, market trends, etc.). Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills, preferably with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SQL queries and databases is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and a distinct understanding of numbers, with familiarity in target group segmentation, competition analysis, and profit optimization
  • Passion for working with digital tools and platforms and are driven to continuously enhance processes and operational performance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • Communicate fluently in English (additional languages such as German are a plus)
  • Fully authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Act as the commercial expert for US and Canadian markets, applying strong commercial acumen to design pricing and product strategies that drive market share, revenue, and margin growth
  • Leverage data-driven decision making to analyze complex datasets, customer behavior, and product performance, translating insights into clear, actionable business decisions
  • Deliver strategic impact by developing and implementing pricing models and product enhancements that lead to measurable commercial outcomes
  • Communicate complex analyses effectively to stakeholders across all levels, influencing cross-functional alignment and decision-making
  • Take ownership of end-to-end initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities, ensuring accurate pricing system configurations, and driving execution without requiring direction
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by continuously improving processes, contributing to revenue management projects, and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
