About The Position
Toyota of Orlando is seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and success-driven professionals to join their growing Sales and Customer Service Team. This role is ideal for individuals with the drive and personality to succeed, who can easily make friends and embrace the challenge of earning their success. Bi-lingual candidates are a plus. Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends
- 9 to 11-hour shifts required
- Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and identify their needs
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives
- Achieve daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
Benefits
- Minimum $800.00 per week guaranteed
- Earning potential with commissions and bonuses up to $80,000 annually
